Building YOUR capacity

Support coordination is about getting you skilled up to manage your NDIS Plan as effectively as possible.  If you are in control of your own plan and how it is used, you will get more out of the support you receive.

Support Coordinators at CIS will not typically carry out the following tasks;

  • Sign your service agreements.

  • Rostering and scheduling staff.

  • Process NDIS Payments on your plan.

  • Provide advocacy support.

 

Our Support Coordinators will;

 

  • Work with NDIS and Mainstream supports.

 

  • Help you to understand your NDIS Plan.

 

  • Support you to manage your support team

 

  • Coordinate and liaise with service providers

  • Make sure you work within your NDIS Budget
